At Air Service Desk, we aim to provide clear and concise booking policies to ensure that your travel arrangements are made with confidence. It is important to us that you understand and agree to these terms before making any bookings.

Cancellation Policy

  • 24-Hour Window: Most tickets are fully refundable if canceled within 24 hours of booking, provided that the departure date is at least a week away. This policy is in line with airline regulations and may vary depending on the airline and the fare type purchased.
  • After 24 Hours: For cancellations made after the 24-hour window, the ability to obtain a refund or make changes will depend on the specific fare rules associated with your booked ticket. Non-refundable tickets cannot be refunded after this period.

Changes to Bookings

  • Modifications: You may make changes to your flight details, including date and destination, subject to airline approval and fare rule conditions. Additional charges and fare differences may apply.
  • Name Corrections: Minor name corrections are permissible in accordance with airline policies. Charges may apply for more significant changes, which are subject to airline terms and conditions.

Reconfirmation Requirement

It is recommended to reconfirm your flights with the airline at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled departure. Failure to do so may result in changes to your flight status or reservations without further notice.

Special Requests

Requests for specific services such as meals, seating arrangements, or special assistance must be confirmed with the airline. These are subject to availability and confirmation by the airline, and should be reconfirmed 72 hours prior to departure.

Travel Documents and Entry Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid travel documents and visas necessary for entry or transit through any countries included in their itinerary. Air Service Desk is not responsible for denied entry due to improper or inadequate travel documentation.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refund requests are processed according to the fare rules of the airline. Once approved by the airline, refunds can take several weeks to be credited back to the original form of payment.
  • Service Charges: Refunds are subject to service fees or cancellation charges as stipulated by the fare conditions.

Liability

Air Service Desk acts as an agent. It is not liable for any changes made by the airline to your booking or for policies enforced by the airline.

Legal Acknowledgment

Your booking and acceptance of these terms signify compliance with our cancellation and refund policy. If legal assistance is required to enforce these terms, you agree to reimburse Air Service Desk for any legal fees and expenses.
